Hello, guys! I am thinking of installing switchback bulbs in my front turn signals. Does anyone know if these are compatible with the Ram 1500 EV’s front turn signals? Any advice on brands or installation tips would also be super helpful.

I recently installed switchback bulbs in my front turn signals, and it made a huge difference! As for compatibility with the Ram 1500 EV, it should work, but I’d recommend checking the vehicle’s manual or confirming the bulb size first. For brands, I had great luck with Diode Dynamics, they’re known for reliable products. As for installation, just make sure you’re comfortable with removing the housing and wiring; it’s pretty straightforward, but a trim removal tool helped a lot to avoid damage. Let me know if you need more details!

Absolutely! You can install switchback bulbs on your Ram 1500 EV by first purchasing bulbs compatible with your specific model. Then, access the headlight assembly, carefully remove the original bulbs, and connect the switchback bulbs to the existing wiring. To prevent hyperflashing, you may need to install load resistors. Remember to consult your owner's manual and consider seeking professional help if you're unsure about the installation process.

But if you're unsure, always consult with a professional for specific advice and to ensure safe and proper installation.

Installing switchback bulbs is usually pretty straightforward, but with an EV, there might be some extra steps. I've installed them on a few cars, but it's always a bit of a gamble with newer tech. Make sure you disconnect the battery before you start, and be careful with the wiring. I've accidentally blown a fuse or two in my time. As for brands, (insert a brand) has good reviews, but again, check the Ram EV forums for specific recommendations.
