Ram 1500 Surging & Sluggish Throttle

I’m having some major headaches with my 23 Ram 1500 Limited. The truck keeps surging when I let off the brake and has a seriously sluggish throttle response from a dead stop. Already had the throttle body reflashed, to no avail - same issues keep popping up. Anyone else wrestled with this kind of thing or know a magic fix? I'm starting to lose my cool and getting a bit freaked out about safety!

This can be frustrating and scary man! If the throttle body reflash didn’t help, it might be worth checking the electronic throttle control (ETC) system. Sometimes, issues like this can be related to a sensor malfunction or a problem with the transmission.

You should run thorough diagnostic run at the dealership. I hope you get it sorted soon

Did you make sure the throttle body was recalibrated properly?
I don't know if it might be because of software, but see if there are any updates available.
Try resetting the ECM or PCM.
If not, go for a mechanical inspection. You might need to check the throttle linkage, any vacuum leaks, or air filters.
