How to repair a hole in the underside of the cover?

Hello! I accidentally made a hole in the underside of my cover. Don't ask me how. Is there any way to fix it?

Yeah, it is still under warranty, but I don't think it would work. It was my mistake. I made the hole while carrying a kayak. The tip of it got through the underside of the cover while it was folded against the rear window. Sad, I know... I will try your method. Thanks!
