From what I recall, Stellantis has been investigating several charging alliances. hasn't moved yet to embrace Tesla's NACS though. I suppose it could be a calculated move to leave their choices open. Maybe to keep some influence over their own infrastructure.

Besides, they might be waiting to see how far-reaching the Tesla network gets with other manufacturers before making a commitment. Either way, access to Tesla's chargers would be fantastic; fingers crossed, they come around! but it kinda limits our way to charge.

While it’d be a game-changer, I think Stellantis might be hesitant to rely on Tesla’s network because they’re probably trying to build out their own or use third-party charging networks to keep things more flexible. They’ve been involved with companies like ChargePoint and Electrify America, and maybe they just don’t want to give Tesla too much leverage.

But hey, it would be great for us Ramcharger owners if they did, especially for road trips! Hopefully, it’s something they’ll consider down the road.

My theory is that Stellantis is trying to avoid the Tesla’s ecosystem. I guess trying to avoid being locked into another company? They could be working on their own proprietary tech or charging network. Maybe to stay competitive. That's my guess.

I’ve also heard some rumors about cost and compatibility issues, they might want to wait until more manufacturers fully jump on board with Tesla’s standard. Maybe they're having some additional cost if they jump the NACS bandwagon immediately. But yeah, it would make a ton of sense for us if they did.

I’ve been thinking the same thing, it’d make so much sense for Stellantis to tap into Tesla’s charging network, especially with how widespread it’s becoming. Maybe they’re just playing it cautious for now? I wonder if it’s a tech limitation or maybe even a negotiation thing behind the scenes. Do you think there’s a chance Stellantis might eventually adopt it if enough customers push for it?

It kinda makes sense for us if they just jump into the NACS Standard, or maybe just give us an option to get adapters from their dealers.
