Does anyone know if the new Ram 1500 Ramcharger REx will be able to run on E85? I remember the older Pentastar engines could handle it, but the newer ones don’t. It’d be pretty sweet if this new model could use E85, especially since that plus a battery would be a game-changer for cutting down greenhouse gases. Anyone got the scoop on this?

Oh, that’s a cool point! I haven’t dug up a ton of details on E85 compatibility myself, but it’s definitely worth looking into. Running E85 with an Atkinson cycle engine could be a pretty smart move for cutting emissions. Do you reckon not having this option would be a big bummer?

Jumping on this upgrade is a no-brainer if you want to up your ride’s game. It’ll keep your wheels rolling smoothly even where regular gas is either MIA or insanely pricey. With all these new fuel rules coming down the pipeline in the coming years, the Ramcharger REx could start feeling a bit out of place if you’re stuck with just regular gas. But this tweak could totally change the game, making sure your vehicle stays practical and cool no matter how the energy scene shifts.
