Got leather seats in my ride, and I’m kinda stumped by these three loop straps on the back wall behind the seatbacks. Anyone know what they’re for? Are they meant for strapping stuff down, or do they serve some other random purpose?

What model and trim level do you have? I am asking this because those loops might be connected to the reclining feature. Some trims or mods allow the rear seats to recline slightly, and those straps could play a role in that setup. If your model doesn’t have reclining seats, they might just be leftover from a universal design. I hope it helps.

It's a 2019 Laramie, so I don’t think the seats recline or anything. They're pretty basic in the back. I thought they might be for securing something, but wasn't totally sure. Could just be part of that universal design thing you mentioned. Thanks for the input!

I totally understand your confusion! Those three loop straps on the back wall of your 2019 Laramie are actually for securing cargo in the back seat. They're designed to strap down groceries, gear, or anything else you're hauling to prevent it from shifting around while you're driving.
