If the Ramcharger is as good as Ram claims and they sell a lot of them, we may not need to wait for more charging stations.

Most people can now find charging stations for their EVs. If you can afford a good EV, you probably don't need one with a range greater than 200 miles. You can easily stop and charge for over 150 miles in 20-30 minutes.

Hmmmm you’re probably right! 🤔 If Ramcharger sales take off, it could put more pressure on both private companies and governments to expand charging infrastructure. Competition might be good to put down the prices of charging and charging tech. More EVs on the road means higher demand, and that’s bound to drive growth in charging stations.

Plus, Ram already seems committed to making sure their customers have access to a reliable network, so I think we’ll see things ramp up pretty quickly. 😅

I hear you, but I wouldn’t count on the charging station problem solving itself. Even if the Ramcharger blows up in sales, building out infrastructure takes time and money. I’m hoping Stellantis has a solid plan for this... maybe partnerships with existing networks like Electrify America or setting up their own. 😓

Having a solid vehicle is one thing, but without enough charging options, people will still hesitate to make the switch. Not to mention the adapters, maintenance, the charging speeds, and the franchise locations as well. 😁

I’m hoping that’s true, but we’ll definitely need more chargers in place before EV trucks become mainstream. There's still range-anxiety when you don't know what you're doing. 😖

The Ramcharger looks like a beast, but if it’s anything like other electric trucks, it’s gonna need plenty of juice for longer trips or towing. Maybe we’ll get lucky and see a bunch of new charging stations pop up as Ramchargers hit the road, but I’d feel better knowing they’re already there. really hoping that more locations open up soon. 🙏

Totally agree! The more EVs like the Ramcharger sell, the faster we’ll see the infrastructure catch up. I still talk about EVs to some of my friends. I still wish that curiosity would bite them and they'd buy one. 🤷‍♂️😅

It’s the classic chicken-and-egg problem: no one builds charging stations without enough EVs, and people hesitate to buy EVs without enough chargers. But if the Ramcharger can create that kind of demand, it could seriously accelerate the buildout of fast-charging networks across the country. 💪

if Ram can deliver on the Ramcharger’s promised capabilities, it could truly change the game for electric trucks. The potential for impressive range and performance would definitely make it a contender in the EV market. more electric trucks hitting the road, we can expect an increase in charging stations. That would push infrastructure to catch up and improve accessibility for all EV drivers. if the Ramcharger is as good as we hope, we might find that we don’t need as many extra stations as we think! It’s exciting to imagine a future where electric trucks not only match but exceed the performance of their gas counterparts. 🚛⚡

If Ram can really deliver on the Ramcharger, it could be a game changer for how we charge our EVs. It’d be awesome for truck fans looking to go electric. But honestly, I still think we’ll need more public charging stations, especially in rural areas or when we’re out on road trips. It’s always a hassle when you’re driving and there aren’t enough chargers around.

Hopefully, if EV trucks like the Ram take off, we’ll see better charging options pop up everywhere. That would make things way easier for all of us!

If Ram pulls off what they’re promising with the Ramcharger, it could really change the game for how we approach charging our EVs. Imagine being able to charge up quickly and efficiently, that would make a world of difference for folks who love trucks but are worried about range.

That said, I still think we’ll need more public charging stations to really make EV ownership practical, especially in less populated areas or for those long road trips where charging options can be few and far between. Nothing’s worse than finding out you’re low on juice with no charger in sight!

Hopefully, if trucks like the Ram get popular, it’ll push for better charging infrastructure all around. More stations mean less range anxiety and more people willing to make the switch to electric.

I still think we’ll need more charging stations in the long run to support everyone on the road. Even if the Ramcharger is great for home charging or short trips, having a reliable network of public chargers is crucial for EV drivers, especially those embarking on long-distance journeys.

Imagine hitting the open road without worrying about finding a charging station—sounds like a dream, right? I’m really curious to see if Ram’s system can deliver on its promises. If it does, it could really cut down on the hassle of charging and make owning an EV even more convenient. 😉
