Are part-time 4WD transfer cases still available on the 2025 Rebel?

I’m trying to figure out if the 2025 Rebel still offers the BW 48-12 part-time 4WD transfer case. I prefer the simplicity and durability of the non-clutch system for how I use my truck, but when I check dealer lots or build options, everything seems to have the 48-11 4Auto system.

Did Ram drop the 48-12 for 2025? For those running the 48-11 system in the 2024 Rebel, how’s it holding up? I’ve read about overheating issues with older models, but curious if they’ve smoothed things out with the newer ones.

The BW 48-12 transfer case is not an option for the 2025 Rebel anymore. Most 2025 models listed online and at dealerships come with the BW 48-11 system, which has the 4 Auto mode. As for the 48-11, earlier models had overheating issues, especially in 4WD Auto, but people around say the newer ones perform better.

I didn't run into any problems with my 48-11 system on my truck, so I have been happy with the performance. I’am curious if the 48-11 has been improved in the newer models, but based on my experience, it’s been solid so far.
