Instead, the company will prioritize the Ramcharger, an electric range-extended model with a gas engine, due to strong consumer interest. The Ramcharger will open for orders in 2025, followed by the electric Ram 1500 REV in 2026. This shift follows a management change and sales struggles, including a 24% decline through Q3. The Ramcharger is expected to offer up to 690 miles of range, with a mix of electric and gas power.
