Ram is recalling almost 1.5 million trucks because a software problem could turn off the system that stops you from skidding. This recall affects some trucks from 2019, and 2021 through 2024. Even though the brakes will still work, not having that skid control makes crashing more likely, especially if the roads are bad. This is the second time Ram has had this kind of problem recently, which is really worrying. They'll send letters in October to tell people to get it fixed, but this sounds serious, so you should probably contact your dealer now.
