No dual control setup on 2020 RAM 1500

Hello! Do you guys think the climate control on my 2020 RAM 1500 does not work because it lacks a dual control setup? If yes, what should I do to make it work? Thanks!

Yeahhh, the lack of dual-zone climate control shouldn’t prevent the system from working. I’d suggest checking the settings and making sure there's no HVAC system malfunction.

When I had the same issue with my RAM 1500. It wasn’t the dual control setup causing the problem, but rather a malfunctioning blend door actuator. After bringing it to the dealership, they fixed it quickly. If you haven't already, a visit to the service center might be the solution.
