Joining the Ram 1500 REV community who else has a reservation?

I reserved my Ram 1500 REV back last year, and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. I had a Rivian reservation but ended up switching gears. Right now I’m driving an electric car and a plug-in hybrid SUV but this will be my first truck since my old Tacoma which I absolutely loved.

if you’ve owned an EV truck before, how was the transition compared to gas/diesel?

Congrats on the Ram 1500 REV reservation! Switching from a Rivian is a big move, but electric trucks are exciting. Since you've driven EVs and PHEVs, you already know about charging and electric power. The biggest change will be the truck's size and how much you can haul. Trucks are made for work, so they're bigger and can carry more. Just remember, towing and hauling can use up the battery faster, so plan your charging if you're using it for work. Electric trucks are also surprisingly fun to drive because they're so quick. It'll be different than your old Tacoma, but probably better! Going from a PHEV to a fully electric truck means no more gas, plus quieter driving and cheaper maintenance. Can't wait to hear how you like the REV when you get it!
