What's the issue?

When I launched my boat from a different ramp, it became stuck. My car's traction control, stability control, and 4WD no longer work. I believe something got wet.

It could just be a short-term problem. annoying to be stuck like that, but it's possible that water got into places it shouldn't have, like the sensors or control modules. If that happens, the truck's systems might not work right, but they might be fine again after everything dries out. You should give it some time and come back later. You might want to take it to the dealer to make sure nothing is permanently broken if you're still seeing those warning lights. I hope it's only a short fix.
