Will TQPONLY tie-down cleats fit existing bed holes?

Hey 1@500DriveR! I used 3/8"-16 nutserts for my TQPONLY cleats, and they fit fine in the existing holes. Definitely test-fit one first to make sure it holds tight, though. Thanks, @Carl Stone and @RoadExplorer1 for your insights!

Error message after aftermarket radio install

Do you have ramboxes? If yes, then the message is for the outlet in there. On the dash below the headlight, there is a switch you can use to turn on/off the cargo outlet.

Damage to the cam - I don't know the reason - Are any experienced mechanics here?

I hadn't really considered oil flow issues, but I will definitely look into that. I am planning to check the camshaft journals and bearings as well, just to cover all the bases. The factory installation or casting problem could be something too. I didn't think about that either. Everything else...

Will TQPONLY tie-down cleats fit existing bed holes?

Hey guys! I am planning to add some tie-down cleats to my Ram truck bed, specifically, the TQPONLY bed tie-down hooks cleats. I know they will work with the existing holes, but I need to get nutserts for the installation. Has anyone here used these cleats? If so will they fit right into the...

    3L engine?

Yeah, that would mean more flexibility for those who want a bit more power without having to move up to a different model. I think, yeah, a larger one would improve torque and make towing or handling heavier loads easier.

Ram 1500 Surging & Sluggish Throttle

Did you make sure the throttle body was recalibrated properly? I don't know if it might be because of software, but see if there are any updates available. Try resetting the ECM or PCM. If not, go for a mechanical inspection. You might need to check the throttle linkage, any vacuum leaks, or...

Ramcharger is back and it's electric

What an enthusiasm, haha! It seems you are the most excited. Yeah, the 690-mile range is indeed something noticeable, but only 141 miles on electric power. As for the 663 horsepower, I would love to see a race between the Ramcharger and something from Bentley. Which do you think would win...

    Ram 1500 Transmission Failure

80k, out of warranty. I know some who had a transmission problem, too, because of a cooler. It cost him 6k at a local shop.

    Trailer Brake Controller Installation

So, as I know for the 2025 Ram, you can find the trailer brake controller wiring righ under the the driver's side dash. It must be near the parking brake or fuse box. Keep looking for the factory wiring harness, which is often tucked away in that area. The harness should be there if it is a...

Damage to the cam - I don't know the reason - Are any experienced mechanics here?

Hi, guys! What happened is just odd. First, I had the normal, harmless hemi tick. Though, once I was sure it wasn't anything abnormal, I checked some things: 1. I pulled the cylinder head. - the valvetrain had no bent push rods or clear signs of wear. - the valves looked good. Nothing to...
